RESIDENTIAL KITCHEN

Design provides logical spatial organization, allows to have bigger spaces for each room. It accommodates clients’ needs. The kitchen, dining, and living areas will be an open space that creates a dynamic atmosphere. Kitchen design provides corner cabinets in the pantry area. It can maximize the use of space and storage. It has a glass wall/ door that gives access to the grill area.

With a concrete floor, clients will be able to choose a design pattern (dog’s paws) to go across the kitchen to drive a desire to spend time in the space. Having a big island, where the cooktop is, will allow the client to cook different types of his favorite dishes. A large cooktop enables him to cook multiple items at the same time.

At the top of the sink will be a window, and in between the pantry and oven/ microwave area, there will be a glass wall/door that would allow natural light into the kitchen, making it a welcoming space to be at.

By implementing the wine-coffee bar, both clients' favorite beverages will always be on display for them to consume and admire as well as showcase their collection. On it, physical features of their cultural background will be displayed.
